ALP®-Anchor-Bolts
ALP®-C and ALP®-S series anchor bolts ensure robust foundation connections for industrial concrete and steel structures. Designed to withstand demanding conditions, they offer corrosion-resistant, adjustable options and compatibility with APK®-C and ASL-P systems. Manufactured to SFS-EN standards, they enable fast alignment, easy installation, and precise connections with ACOLUMN® and ASTEEL software.
ALP®-C series anchor bolts are used in heavy-duty foundation connections of industrial concrete element and steel frames. Connection solutions have been made for the bolts for connecting APK®-C series column shoes and ASL-P series wall shoes to cast-in-place foundations.
The bolts are also suitable for connecting heavy-duty and heavily loaded steel columns to foundations.
ALP® S series bolts have a removable threaded section whose length and material can be adjusted to suit the corrosion conditions. For designing concrete column connections, we have developed the ACOLUMN® software. Steel column connections are designed using the ASTEEL software.
ALP® anchor bolts have been tested and designed to withstand demanding construction conditions. They are manufactured according to SFS-EN 1090-2:2018, the thread is manufactured according to EN 898-2 and the design carried out according to SFS-EN 1992-4:2018. By using an AAK frame, Anstar’s anchor bolts can be quickly aligned and installed. The bolts also have extensive adjustability in worksite conditions.
