Stairs with or without a landing are manufactured either in a horizontal position and stationary in single moulds or in circulation; alternatively, it can also be produced in upright single or battery moulds.

Stair precast parts can be manufactured horizontally on a pallet or on a production table. This allows saving on the additional vibration and heating systems.



We supply the following production variants:

• The shuttering module for placing on a production table or on the shuttering pallet of a floor slab or wall circulation system.
• Upright single moulds with vibration system for spiral stairs or stairs with a landing.
• Shuttering module for stationary installation in a battery mould.
• Modular design with replaceable and adjustable landings.
